#1 Not posting often enough
There is no set rule for how many times you should posyt on Twitter, but the platform is quite fast paced so you need to make sure you are posting often. You should be posting more than once a day.
#2 You only post ads or sales
If you only post ads and sales, your followers will think you’re just in it for the profit which will lead to them distrusting you. Mis your content up with useful topics like trends and tips.
#3 You never respond
When people reach its because they crave interaction. If your followers do not get a response from you, they will eventually unfollow your brand. Keep your response rate at 2- 3 hours.
#4 You’re boring
Posting regularly and responding frequently is not helpful if your content is not engaging. Create your content to target a specific audience and ensure it is valuable, entertaining and informative information.
#5 Someone else does what you do, but better
People won’t follow two nearly identical accounts. This is why you need to keep tabs on your competition and learn what they are doing. If they start posting in a style that is similar to yours (but are doing a better job of it), they could easily convert your followers. Make sure you are doing thing differently to your competitors.
